(formerly Ninghai Tengsheng Plastic Co., Ltd.) is a professional manufacturer specializing in automotive shock absorber bearings and automotive parts. Founded in 2006, the company is located at No. 5, Houfan Road, Taoyuan Street, Ninghai County, Ningbo City. The company enjoys a superior geographical location, adjacent to the Yongtaiwen Expressway, 50 kilometers from Ningbo Lishe Airport, and only a 25-minute high-speed train ride from Ningbo to Ninghai, making transportation very convenient.
Since its establishment, the company has been deeply rooted in the automotive shock absorber bearing industry for many years, consistently prioritizing internal quality management, technological innovation, manufacturing process improvement, and after-sales service. This project covers an area of 42 acres, with a total construction area of 55,000 square meters, including 40,000 square meters under construction. It is specifically planned and built for an annual production capacity of 60 million sets of automotive shock absorber bearings. The project will be completed in 2024 and put into operation in 2025, creating an intelligent manufacturing workshop and fully implementing an integrated management system to further enhance customer service levels.

The injection molding workshop features a panoramic production environment and is equipped with professional injection molding equipment and supporting facilities, enabling efficient production of plastic parts. The assembly workshop incorporates multiple automated production lines, including automatic assembly lines for plain bearings, friction plate bearings, and retaining ring ball bearings, achieving automated and standardized bearing assembly. The testing center and laboratory are equipped with various professional testing equipment, providing comprehensive quality inspection and performance testing for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
The new factory, scheduled to be operational in 2025, is a significant milestone in the company's development. With a total investment of 180 million RMB, covering an area of 42 acres and a total building area of 55,000 square meters, the new factory focuses on intelligent manufacturing, integrating advanced production equipment and management systems. It has a designed annual production capacity of 60 million sets of automotive shock absorber bearings, achieving a double leap in production capacity and efficiency, laying a more solid foundation for the company to expand its market and serve its customers.
Furthermore, the company possesses professional mold manufacturing capabilities, employing three mold designers with an average of over 5 years of experience. It is equipped with professional mold processing equipment such as precision engraving machines, machining centers, and electrical discharge machines. Each mold undergoes mold flow analysis before formal production to ensure mold quality and product molding effect.

In terms of material selection, the upper and lower raceways use 65Mn steel from China's largest manganese steel production base, exhibiting excellent mechanical properties and good hardenability. High hardness can be achieved through conventional quenching, ensuring both the strength and wear resistance of the bearing raceways while controlling quenching deformation; the upper and lower covers (plastic parts) undergo material design verification using CAE analysis software and Ansys software (simulating axial force of 5000N and lateral force of 980N). The upper cover uses PA66 GF30 material with a thin overall wall and even stress distribution, while the lower cover adopts a plastic inner frame structure to withstand concentrated forces.
