In terms of testing equipment, we are equipped with high and low-temperature test chambers for testing product performance in extreme temperature environments; a profilometer for measuring surface roughness and contour accuracy of components; a servo-controlled performance testing machine, a comprehensive life testing machine (capable of performing 500,000 rotation tests under 12,000N axial pressure on bearings), a microhardness tester, and a Rockwell hardness tester (to ensure that the heat treatment hardness of metal parts meets the HRC52-58 standard), comprehensively covering product mechanical performance and life testing; metallographic sample cutting machines, mounting machines, grinding and polishing machines, and metallographic microscopes are used to analyze the metallographic structure of metal materials; a manual image measuring instrument is used for precise measurement of product dimensions and tolerances; a direct-reading spectrometer is used for chemical composition analysis of metal materials; a mud slurry sealing testing machine is used to test the sealing performance of products in muddy environments; and our company's self-developed automatic online testing equipment can achieve 100% automated testing of torque and abnormal noise characteristics, ensuring that the quality of every product meets the standards.
